What Pro actually does
- One-click palette repair
- Palette Doctor tells everyone what's wrong for free. Pro applies the fix — bounded OKLCH adjustments that raise contrast without shifting your hues.
- Semantic design tokens
- Turn five swatches into a working theme — background, surface, border, text, primary with its hover and focus states, success/warning/danger. Every pairing ships with the contrast ratio it was measured at, so nobody has to re-audit it. Exports to CSS, SCSS, Tailwind or DTCG.
- Exportable audit report
- The whole diagnosis as a file you can commit next to your code — findings, severities, and the thresholds they were judged against. Deliberately untimestamped, so it diffs cleanly when the palette moves.
- Merge duplicate colors
- Collapse perceptually identical swatches into one, so a 40-color palette becomes the 12 colors it actually is.
- Palette compression
- Cut a sprawling palette to a chosen size and see what each step costs before you take it. Survivors are your original colors, never averages — so the diff stays reviewable.

Questions
- Do I need an account to use the tools?
- No. Every free tool — generator, contrast checker, palette diagnosis, photo picker, gradient maker, code export — runs without signing in. An account only exists so saved palettes follow you between devices.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account reverts to Free. Nothing is deleted — palettes you saved over the 30-palette free cap stay in your account; you just can't add new ones until you're back under the cap.
- Why is the diagnosis free when the fix is paid?
- Because a paywalled accessibility check is worth less than a free one — the number needs to be quotable, and its arithmetic and thresholds are published for the same reason. Pro buys the artefact: the repaired palette, the tokens, the committable report.
- Is my palette or image ever uploaded?
- Only if you save it to your account. Color math, image sampling and export all run in your browser; the photo picker and recolor tools never send your image anywhere.
