HueGrade is a small operation, so support goes to a person rather than a queue. We aim to reply within two business days, and to say something even when the answer is “not yet”.

Attach a screenshot where it helps. If your message is about a specific palette, paste the share link — it encodes the colors, so we see exactly what you saw.

What you are writing about

Each of these goes to the same address; the headings are here because several of them are already answered on a page you can read now instead of waiting for a reply.

  • Something is broken

Tell us the page URL, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and your browser make almost every report solvable on the first reply. If it involves a specific palette, the share link carries the colors with it.

  • Billing, refunds and cancellation

Cancel any time from your account page; Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for. For a refund, a wrong charge or an invoice, email us from your account address so we can find the subscription. Refund terms are on the terms page.

  • Accessibility

We treat accessibility reports as defects, not feature requests — the commitments and the known gaps are in the accessibility statement, which also states our response times.

  • Privacy and your data

Access, correction, deletion or account closure. Write from your account address and we will normally act within 30 days. What we hold and why is in the privacy policy.

  • Licensing and legal

Palettes you generate here are yours with no attribution required — the license page says so in full, and we will confirm it in writing if a client or a procurement review needs that.

  • Security disclosure

Report it privately first and give us a chance to fix it. We will not pursue anyone acting in good faith. Please do not test against other people’s accounts or data.

Before you write

Two things answer most questions faster than we can: the changelog, which records what shipped and when — including fixes for bugs that may be the one you hit — and the guides, which cover the color questions behind most “how do I…” emails.

Feature requests

Genuinely welcome, and the ones that get built are the ones that describe the problem rather than the feature — what you were trying to ship, and what made it slow. We will not promise a date. When something you asked for lands, it appears on the changelog.
